District Calendars
Our annual district wall calendars featuring student artists will be mailed to families in late July. If you do not receive a calendar by the end of the first week of August, please stop by the Vandalia-Butler Board of Education Office at 500 S. Dixie Dr. for your copy.

IMPORTANT: EZ Pay Change
Our district will be transitioning from EZPay to PaySchools Central on July 1. The company who manages both platforms has been phasing out EZPay and will be closing EZPay at the end of June.
The transition should be seamless for our families. Here are a few important things to know:
- When you attempt to log in to EZPay beginning July 1, you will receive a notice that it is closed and no longer available. There will be a link that will redirect you to PaySchools Central.
- Select the "Register" option and complete the registration process.
- The first time logging in, you will be prompted to complete security questions, add our district and connect your student(s). *Note - you will need your student's ID number which can be found in Power School, on report cards, etc.
- PaySchools Central offers an app for iPhone and Android users. Visit their website for links to each.
- If you currently use the auto-replenish feature, it will not be automatically activated in PaySchools Central until you log in and adjust your settings in the user menu.
- Any balance in your EZPay account will be reflected in your new PaySchools Central account.
- There is a $10 minimum for each transaction/addition of funds into your account. This minimum is to help reduce transaction fees incurred by the district.
